Sabila Enun is a passionate professional and consultant with a proven track record of driving growth and creating meaningful impact in Bangladesh’s tech, development, and finance sectors. Her diverse career is built on a philosophy of striving to be “more than better” in all she does.
As a tech entrepreneur, Sabila was instrumental in the growth of Dcastalia Limited, a leading software development company, where she led teams in communication, business development, and people management since its inception in 2009. She holds a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering and Professional Certifications from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka, giving her a strong foundation in both ICT and business.
For the past four years, Sabila has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at De Tempete, a financial consulting firm where she leads a team that helps impact enterprises achieve sustainable development. Her experience also includes significant roles with BRAC, Grameenphone, and the Nike Foundation’s Girl Effect Project.
A dedicated enabler of the SME and startup ecosystems, Sabila has mentored entrepreneurs and judged prestigious international competitions for over a decade, through platforms like MIT Solve, UN Women, and the World Bank Group. She is also a trainer at the Bangladesh Open Source Network (BdOSN).
Her focus is on mentoring SMEs and startups, promoting ICT education, and fostering inclusive tech communities, especially for women. Sabila’s contributions have been recognized with the Mobile Innovation Award 2016 and the title of Outstanding Women Entrepreneur in 2017, highlighting her commitment to making a lasting difference.
